Hi,
I would like to add certain fields that I thought were standard to a transaction type (Service Request) in SAP CRM. Based on business requirements, I would like to add Sales Order Number, Delivery Number, and Invoice Number to Service Requests.When I go into the configuration mode of the Service Request (selected Transaction), I do not know the name of the fields: whether they are already there in standard or whether I have to add them by custom.
Please see screen shot below of configuration mode. I assume I have to add them from Available fields, but I am not sure if they are there because I searched for sales order and delivery and I did not find what I was looking for. Has anyone ever added the Sales Order, Delivery, and Invoice fields? Are they there in Standard or are they custom? What are the steps in adding them either way? Thank you in advance for your help.
