Incomplete Screen in BPC10 Web

Hi, we upgrade SP in BW and BPC, but have problema in final users.

When we join to URL view incomplete start web page.

This is using XP and IE7

This is using Win7 & IE9 32 Bits or 64 Bits.

User: admin have Rol

Any Idea ?
