Meaning .. we almost have two records for all EE's in this Orgn Assnmt IT. those who are workers with ESG G0 their both records shows ESG as G0
(one entry has orignal hire date record and other entry shows form 01.03.2013 ) .
now the second record i beleive it is showing becuse of IT 27 (cost center didtribution ) we recoreded resently . because there the start date is 01.03.2013 .
so do you think it is because of IT 27 that there is one mo record there ?
i tried deleting one record and also tried changing the IT 27 IT date to orignal hire date . and changed ESG thru Utilities -> Change start entry / leving date .
now i have one record there in Orgazn Assign IT ..
did i do right thing ?
besides i need to re run this EE payroll because it was run and system had taken this EE as G0 but it should be G1 .
but i have run payroll live and done DME too . not posted yet .. but its not allowing me to delete payroll results ... it says transfers done . i tried to exit payroll , it says payroll not run for all Employees .. and i checked incorrect employees form pa03 .. it showed two employees .. now i dun know y it saying so .. beacuse payroll is already run for dem ..n results are there in PC)payresult.
any help ??
