The best that can be recommended in this scenario is

        - Create 4 different work schedules

        - Create a custom infotype (9XXX series) to store a custom field "Team ID". Or you could           enhance IT0001 and add the extra field, Up to you to decide.

        - Create a custom FEATURE to fetch the value stored in custom infotype or custom field in                      IT0001.

         - Use the custom Feature return value in Feature SCHKZ to point to the appropriate work                          Schedule.
