Hey, at least it was not like my bud here at work this AM. He got a letter from SAP today over this PB 12.5.2 fiasco addressed to Ms XXXX's. Now did that ever make an impression after he was already p*****d off after reading this email: http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1099337. LOL
