We are implementing CRM Mobile Sales Application 2.1 on an ipad and are having issues downloading attachments. The attachment name can be viewed on the device but the actual contents of the attachment cannot be viewed on the device, it continuously says "Download in progress".
Please kindly assist, we have followed the installation and config guide to bits under attachments, with no success. SUP packet drop size has been set to 10MB on SUP and on the CRM Sales add-on, Small document settings and attributes have been mantained in CRM and ESDMA parameters set via the application setup wizard: enable_attachment_inline; http_resp_tout=600.
Please find attached an image of what is showing in session monitoring while trying to download the attachment on the device.
We are on netweaver mobile 7.1 SP15.
