LSO AE installation problem

Hi Experts,

I met LSOAE installation problem,  my installation steps like bellow, 

1.  I had Installed  JDK1.4.2 (version: j2sdk1.4.2_07)

2.  configure environment variable like belolw,

     JAVA_HOME = C:\j2sdk1.4.2_07

     PATH = %JAVA_HOME%\bin;%JAVA_HOME%\jre\bin

     CLASSPATH = .;%JAVA_HOME%\lib;%JAVA_HOME%\lib\tools.jar

and run Java -version in DOS, the result is OK.
3. I had installed LSOAE604, during the installation set JAVA HOME as "C:\j2sdk1.4.2_07"

After above installation, I run Authoring Tool from Start Menu, the system has no any response.

I don't know where is mistake, Could you help me to check it or give some hints ?
