SAP Time Management - Quota Configuration

Hi Team,

 

 

Needful Help on below Issue

 

  • If probationary employee and subgroup Non-management employee after 1 year he promoted as Permanent employee then his Earned leave quota should generated for the next year including current year Earned quota balance should generate on next year onJan 1st.

 

Example: if probationary employee joins on 1/6/2012 and he promoted in next year as permanent i.e 1/6/2013 but quota should generate on next year on 1/1/2014.

 

Earned leave quota per year is 12.

 

So he promoted on june 1st 2013 then june,july,august,september.... december (7 earned leaves) + next year 1/1/2014 (12+7) should generate. Total 19 Earned leave quota in January .
