Pricing Condition Incompletion

Hi Everybody

I have configured 4 conditions with Price Category. i added these all 4 conditions in my pricing procedure.

But when users creating sales order only once pricing condition will be active. now how can i activate in completion for these condition.

if there is no price pulled in through condition records pricing error or in completion log should show that price is not entered.

I cannot use net value for in completion, because i have freight conditions which are pulling based on Shipping conditions.

Please provide me some solution.
