GBI_MM Maintain Quotation Problem

Dear All,

One of my student is doing the Case Study of Material Management. She got the following problem in page 16 step Maintain Quotations from Vendors.

She cant save the changes that she did in the quotation because there is an error message that Effective Price is 36.50 (the amount that she tries to type as the proposed price by Mid-West Supply) material price is 3,350.00 USD. Does anybody know what might be the issue and how to resolve this?

She recalled that she has mistyped the Storage Location in Organizational Level in Page 6, where she is supposed to put TG00, and she mistakenly put TG00. Is this the cause?
