Voluntary AD&D spouse based on employee election

I am trying to achieve the following requirement:

1) When employee elects for Voluntary AD&D ( Employee)

2) There are  two plans Voluntary AD&D - Spouse 50% and Voluntary AD&D -100% should automatically calculate ( 50 or 100) based on employee election in Employee plan in step 1.

What should be the steps to configure,the cor-requisite is configured but need to know what will drive this and how to set it up.
