We recently moved from EHP4 to EHP6; I'm looking for some help on the steps needed in order to implement the analytics provided as part of both EHP5 and EHP6 (HCM_ANALYTICS_1 and HCM_ANALYTICS_2). We have found some documentation, but are having difficulty interpreting some of what we have found, and we feel like we don't have everything we need in the documentation we have found.
For example, we have found the following statements: where is this "customizing"? Is it in the IMG? (I cannot find it)
- In the Customizing for Operational Reporting, you have performed the Activate
Content for Operational Reporting in HCM Customizing activity. - In the Customizing for Processes and Tools for Enterprise Applications, you
have performed the BAdI: Selection of Evaluation Path.
. In the Customizing for Operational Reporting, you have performed the Maintain Age Range Customizing activity
a) what business functions and services need to be turned on? Any customizing?
b) what iviews should be turned on in the portal? what other portal configuration is needed?
c) what configuration in SPRO needs to be completed? (And path in the IMG to get to the node?)
d) what else?
Has anyone has gone through this process and can clarify the steps needed?
