HI Paul,
This is the error because of you maintained currencies for Leading Ledger.
what you can do is, you can go to,
Financial A/c(new)-->Financial Accounting global settings(new)-->ledgers-->ledger-->define currencies of leading ledger.
Remove all other currencies other than company code currency, if you have maintained in leading ledger.
This should resolve your error.
