Fetching Job Chain name

Hello All

I am the user of Redwood cronacle. And I am trying to set up the alerting on a job chain. Requirement is when a job within a job chain fails i need in the alert message it generates as follows - JobId->job Name followed by Job chain or step id -> job chain or step name.

Can someone please guide me how to fetch the job chain name from the table so that it will display the chain id and name in my alert message.
