For maintaing table first make sure that in SE11->Table display-> Delivery and Maintenance tab -> Data Browser/Table View Maint. give as Display/Maintenance Allowed

After that go to Utiliites->Table Maintenance Generator to maintain the Table.

Then after go to SM30 to maintain table.

what the above procedure is for maintain a table client independent or dependent?
