Hi Ksnyder,
In the availability check control customizing (OVZ2), there are 2 options on how the system perform availability check:
- ATP Check: all requirements for the component is checked against ATP quantity, which includes stock, receipt, etc.
- Check against planning: the requirement for the component is checked against open planned independent requirement (PIR) for the component.
Each option is represented by a checking group that is then assigned to a material.
During collective availability check as in COMAC, those parameter gives you the options to choose how the availability check should be performed:
- A (ATP check): all materials are processed with ATP check despite their checking group
- I (Check according to checking group: materials are processed based on assigned checking group
- P (Check against planning): all materials are processed against planning, despite their checking group
Regards,
Julian
