If these values are going to be constant throughout the chart, you can:
- Hardcode them into a formula in your report if they will always be the same number.
- Make them a parameter to the report if they will change and the user will know what the values are.
If they're dynamic and can change based on the way the report data is filtered, you'll need to link to a table in your database that contains the data and then use it in the report.
