Thank you for moving my post to the proper forum.
I have already found the problem and it is when I pass the parameters for the subreport. I am using a range value and I found out that I was passing the same value to both start and end parameter for the subreport.
Thank you for the help because it made me check for the whole process of initializing, setting up parameters and calling the report.
