Host Metrics Showing '0' Values in the CMC Dashboard(BO4.1)

Hi All,

I have created Windows saposcol service for saposcol.bat to capture the host metrics.

When trying to start this service getting below error message:

The saposcol service failed to start due to the following error:

The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Env: BO4.1 Sp2,Windows 2008.
