I sure got a laugh out of your message. I guess we're all in the "read only in desperation" mode (but I appreciate the honesty) 
.
Anyhow. We'll need to check the versions of the assemblies referenced in your project as VS 2005, would typically reference file of version 10.x and higher, not version 9. Once I have that info, I should be able to direct you to the correct runtimes and provide info on the how to.
