I have attached the short dump file MDG_CreateMaterial_ABAPRuntimeError.zip.

As the zip is not supported by scn site, I rename the MDG_CreateMaterial_ABAPRuntimeError.zip to MDG_CreateMaterial_ABAPRuntimeError.txt.

You can download it and rename it back to  MDG_CreateMaterial_ABAPRuntimeError.zip.
