The reason the error happens in the MSV files is because of the SQL error, If the reports work as long as the View has not changed then you have all of the correct runtime installed. It was more of an FYI that we have dependencies on that runtime.
To understand what is happening can you open the report up in CR Designer with CRLogger enabled and set location to the New View that has been changed and then Verify DB in CRD?
I would like to see how CRD handles the change.
