MD50 - No planned orders generation after MRP run

Hi Gurus,

My scenario is - we have sales order.

My material is configurable material - where I select my BOM and routing.

Then I run the MRP using MD50.

I see no planned order generation - what could be the probable reason?

In which circumstances, in MD50 there will not be planned orders after MRP run?
