materials not in planning

Dear PP gurus,

                 One of our client is asking for a report which has to display the materials which are not using in the particular month production.so can any one please suggest how to proceed with the Z report. ( MTS scenario)

             I have checked the MVER table but it ill give previous consumption data, i need the running and future month data.
