I am configuring Annual Leave loading for Australia @ 17.5 % when the annual leave absence is taken.
The process I followed for configuration was was as follows ,
Butt even after following the process below, I am not able to get the calculation going on.
I am inserting an Annual leave absence , checking that the annual leave is reduced in Absencec quotas, execcuting the time evaluation
Once it is done , I process the payroll . In Payroll in Funtion PAB, the processing is blank
Please note that I have inserting the payroll rule QLIV for the Absence valuation.
Is there any step that I am missing here , or any parameters for payroll operation QLVLT , couldnt find any documentation on this to ascertain if there is anything missing
Please request your urgent help on the same.
Table T5QLL
Table T5QLL is configured to store information for each relevant quota type regarding how and when leave loading should be paid for the quota. The key fields to this table T5QLL are:

- When leave is taken by the employee.
For a quota that requires leave loading to be paid when an absence is taken, set the Leave Loading Type field (LLDTY) to the option "Leave Loading Paid When Absence Is Taken". Leave loading will be paid to the employee when an absence (linked to the quota type in T5QLL) is taken.
In payroll, the leave loading calculation occurs at the following point in the schema: Q000 -> QT00 -> Function PAB.
The configuration of the Absence in T554S has a Absence Valuation Rule assigned to it. This valuation rule is read from T554C, and if leave loading is to be paid for the absence, the payroll rule QILV must be entered in the "Special Processing" field in this table.
Operation QLVLT in payroll rule QILV performs the leave loading calculation.
