Subcontracting components with and without special stock

Hi All ,

Need one help for scenario for Subcontracting with special stock as project.

We have activated the D&A add-on for the subcontracting with special stock.

current process we have

1) create PO and keep the stock type as Project in the Spec2000 tab

2) check the components in the item details , here all the component with automatically updates special stock as Q ,

2) got o ADSUBCON and do the GI and GR ,

3)invoice,

this above scenario is working fine when all the components needs to be sent form project stock to vendor using movement 541Q and Receiving it with 101 and 543R

Now the requirement i have is i need this scenario to run with components with and with out project , means few component will be sent form project and few form unrestricted stock ,

i tried using requirement type individual and collective , but no luck .

Please help if any one done this kind of scenario.....
