Thanks for the reply. Internal order we are already using for the "CAPEX" PR..

Business requirement: we need to use the budget provision for the revenue PR also so that tracking is there. for example "Corporate Social Responsibility" total budget for FY 13-14 is $ 200,000 so they can raise PR up to that value only and further requirement is also that under $ 200,000 if CIVIL jobs under CSR is $ 20,000 then towards CIVIL they can only raise PR up to $ 20,000. Basically activity wise budget controlling we want to put
