Please follow below recommendatiosn which should solve your issue.
The problem is from the expiring validity of the Factory Calendar.
Can you please first try the following in order to solve the issue with
"Date After range" error:
Please check the 'Default Factory Cal' in tcode RSRHIERARCHYVIRT and
then check the date range of this factory calendar via tcode SCAL.
Please also refer to SAP Note 790371.
Also in the attachment of SAP note 1529649, you will find a detailed, step-by-step description,
how to extend the validity of the Factory Calendar manually.
(For example if you're using current day, then it would be 2013)
